What you're buying
One Drop 01 set: the hoodie and the wide-leg pants in washed grey, in the sizes you choose at checkout (S, M or L for each piece).
Product images are renders; the finished pieces may differ slightly.
Price and payment
€92.90 for the set. For orders to EU countries the price includes Swedish VAT. Elsewhere you pay the same €92.90 without Swedish VAT, and your country may charge import VAT or duties when the parcel arrives.
Shipping is added at checkout before you pay. You pay the full amount when you pre-order. Payments are handled by Stripe; your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.
Where we ship
To the EU, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, tracked.
Shipping is a flat €9.90 per order, tracked, wherever you are. For EU orders it includes Swedish VAT.
Once your set is sent, it usually arrives within 1 to 2 working days in Sweden and 3 to 8 working days elsewhere.
When it ships
Drop 01 is made in a first run of 30 sets. Production starts once all 30 are reserved, and sets ship within 10 to 12 weeks of that. We'll email you the expected shipping date when the run fills, and again when your set is on its way.
If all 30 aren't reserved by 31 March 2027, we refund every pre-order in full within 14 days.
Refunds
We don't offer refunds or exchanges beyond what the law requires. You get your money back if the run doesn't fill by 31 March 2027, if your set is faulty or not what you ordered, or if you use your right of withdrawal. The last two are explained below.
Faulty or wrong items
Email us soon after you notice the problem, with photos that show it. Once we've confirmed it, we repair, replace or refund the set at no cost to you.
Right of withdrawal
EU law lets you cancel an online purchase without giving a reason, at any time before your set ships or within 14 days of receiving it.
To cancel, email us a clear statement, for example: "I withdraw from my purchase of the NORTHWEST Drop 01 set, order [number], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. [Name], [address], [date]."
Send the set back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return shipping. We refund the price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of your notice, though we may wait until we've received the set or proof that you sent it. If the set has been worn or handled beyond what's needed to try it on, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.
