What we collect
When you use a "Get notified" form, we receive the email address you type and which page you signed up on. Netlify, which runs the forms, stores each sign-up with the time it was sent and may record your IP address with it.
When you pre-order, Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address and payment details on our behalf. We receive your order: name, email, phone, address and the sizes you chose. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.
The site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies.
What we use it for
Sign-ups: to email you when pre-orders open, when Drop 01 ships and when new drops come out.
Pre-orders: to make and ship your order, contact you about it, and keep the records bookkeeping law requires.
Nothing else. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for their own use.
Why we're allowed to
Sign-ups: you give us your consent when you submit the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time, and we'll stop emailing you.
Pre-orders: we need your details to fulfil the order you placed (Article 6(1)(b)) and to meet our bookkeeping obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
Where it's kept
Sign-ups are stored by Netlify, the service that hosts this website. Netlify is based in the United States and may process data there. Netlify checks every sign-up for spam using Akismet, a spam-filtering service. Like any web host, Netlify also keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
Pre-order payments are processed by Stripe, which is based in Ireland and the United States and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so no other company receives your data when you visit.
How long we keep it
Sign-ups are kept until we delete them. We delete yours when you ask us to, and we delete the whole list if we stop sending drop announcements.
Order records are kept for as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires, currently seven years.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Email us and we'll do it within one month.
If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
